What this site collects, and what it does not.

The student form

Your email address, the programme and your question, if you add one. They are used to answer you and to send application news for that programme. You can ask LINK to remove them at any time.

The enquiry form

Your name, email address and message, so that someone can answer you.

The Take part form

Your name, email and any optional details you provide help LINK respond to your interests. Updates are sent only when you ask for them. For introductions, LINK can contact you to arrange the connection.

Who handles what you send

Each form reaches LINK through Netlify Forms, run by Netlify, the company that hosts this website. Netlify receives and stores your answers on LINK’s behalf and uses them for nothing else. If a form cannot send and you choose to email your answers instead, they go through your own email provider.

How long we keep it

Netlify keeps form answers until LINK deletes them. LINK keeps them only as long as they are needed to reply to you, send the news you asked for, or follow up on what you offered, and deletes them sooner if you ask.

The five prompts are reading guidance. They do not collect answers or decide eligibility.

Your application

When applications open, you apply through a separate system, not through this website. Nothing you submit there is stored here.

Names, portraits and stories

Names, portraits and stories are published only with written consent from the student or participant, given for this website specifically. Consent given for one purpose is not treated as consent for another, and it can be withdrawn without giving a reason.

Cookies and browser storage

None. This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
